First Team-: Formed in 2012-13 season as Barnoldswick Town United and entered Division 2 of the East Lancashire League. The name was changed to Barnoldswick Town (EL) for the 2014-15 season.

Reserve Team-: Formed in 2018-19 season and entered Division 2 of the East Lancashire League. The primary function of the reserve team is to give young players from the Barnoldswick Town Junior FC the opportunity to progress into adult football. A close association has been formed with Barnoldswick Town Junior FC and this has already proved to be successful, however all players are welcome.
